Log a Ticket when Treshold violated
Dear All
I have created a Noficication Profile to log a tikcet with service desk when the service is failed or device has missed atleast 3 polls. I have not selected the below options.
1. Threshold rule is violated**
2. when the alarm is cleared
But still OP Manager logs a ticket with service desk if the threshold is violated or alarm is cleared
kinldy advise.
