Locking Requester Department
Hi, I want only technicians to be able to change the department that a Requester belongs to. The only setting I can find to do this is the Self-Service Portal Settings->Requester Details->Requesters are NOT allowed to edit their profile. I would ideally like for them to be able to edit their profile (such as email, phone number, etc), just NOT be able to change the Department drop-down. Is there some way this can be achieved?
