We have recently installed and setup the trial of ServiceDesk Plus. It was set to authenticate via Active Directory pass through. The default administrator account was removed and a technician account added with the name MikeS.
A number of days later (and many hours of setup and config) the Active Directory pass through tick was removed. Now we're unable to logon to the system. The only technician name in the system is/was MikeS. But we're unable to logon using it.
How can we logon or how can we enable Active Directory pass through?
