Locked out of OpManager

Locked out of OpManager

A fellow staff member was recently playing around with the admin account of our OpManager and has locked us out. We receive the follow error message when trying to login with the admin account:

"Error in downloading client files from BE"

I haven't had a chance to look into it yet or even ask what he was doing when it happened. Does the error message give you guys any clues to solve this problem quickly?
