Location where SD Plus templates are stored
We need to customize some of the headings in our custom forms. Specifically we need to enter the headings in Canadian bilingual format English/French.
1 - Does anyone know where the templates created in the service catalog are stored?
2 - Does anyone know where the incident templates are stored?
