Locating certain tables in OpManager Database

Is there a database table key? If not, I am looking to retrieve some information from my database for a custom report. The report is going to use the OpManager database to look at downtime of individual sites throughout the state. We have added a field in the device notes for each of our routers for us to keep track of the ISP. I am going to need to be able to retrieve which sites have which ISPs and relate that to the downtime.

Another thing that I need is the text that I am inputing into the reason field under the outage history section when I create an instant availability report for the device.

I have emailed support for help on this twice, but I have not gotten a response.
