Loaded syslogs stuck in 'generating reports'...

G'day Folks,

See the below image from our eval FWA server: -

Generating reports












As you can see we have some logs which loaded successfully but then appeared to get stuck on 'Generating reports...." and they've been in that state ever since.  Whilst I have successfully loaded logs before and after, these ones are stuck.

I have now had 2 more logs show the same symptoms - yet logs since have loaded fine.

I am running the latest version of FWA (v6000) and was wondering if anyone else had experienced such a problem and how they resolved it?

If I delete the logs does it remove the log data from the database?  If I try to reload them will it end up with duplicate data in the FWA database?
