[RESOLVED] Live status and on-demand notification failure for US data center | EMS Cloud

Hello all,

There has been a connection drop in live status and device on-demand notification (DMS) in US Data Center. As a result, there may be a mismatch in the agent live status. 

This partial outage has affected the users of the following products:
  • Patch Manager Plus Cloud
  • Remote Access Plus Cloud
  • Desktop Central Cloud
We're working closely to resolve this as soon as possible. We'll be updating the status of this incident in this page.
