List Resources NOT in a Resource Group
Is there any way to (easily) find all resources you own that are NOT in a resource group?
We have a common account which owns most of our resources (and shares them as appropriate, via their presence in resource groups). However, if someone transfers a newly created resource to it, and it isn't in a resource group, nobody is the wiser and it's just silently unavailable to all.
It would be nice if there was a way to, from that shared-user's view, be able to see any resources it's been transferred that haven't been shuffled into the appropriate group to get their share-permissions.
