List of Issues getting fixed in 7019 hotfix
Dear Users,
Following are the initial list of issues getting fixed in 7019. and the tentative date is by first week of Auguest 2008.
1. SD-9621 : Clicking the Home / Request tab, page becomes blank in mssql. ( same as auto close issue )
2. SD-9208 : Split messages automatically shows as overdue even though there is no due date set. Whenever we use the Split As New Request feature to separate part of a conversation, the split part shows with an overdue flag.
3. SD-9072 : Mandatory Field for request closing do not work with field "Item".
4. SD-9121 : Request Template with a Group Field populated, technicians are not filtered out based on the selected group.
5. SD-9667 : When using single language license file (multi-language false) , in Self Service Portal, there is no option to change the currency Type.
6. SD-9625 : Email attachment with "," in the name sent to sdp through email got truncated till "," and upon clicking the attachment it throws File Not Found.
7. SD-9654 : Asset Additional Fields are not shown in Workstation Custom Reports.
8. SD-8962 : Email id which starts with underscore "_" for a requester, cannot be replied.
9. SD-9217 : In mssql, sort by Description / Comments in Task List View goes blank.
10. SD-9666 : Change password link is shown in the SSO / pass through authentication login.
11. SD-9665 : Notify Request owner when an associated task is closed do not send notification if the task is not assigned with a task owner.
12. SD-9207 : Error closing multiple unassigned task from task list view page.
13. SD-9671 : When a associated asset for a problem / change is removed, upon clicking the problem / change details, only description is shown.
