I've been able to install the software on the new server and can bring up the initial logon page and log in as administrator/administrator so I know the server is working in that regard. 

However, once I restore a good backup from my existing server I am no longer able to start the new server using run.sh it fails at the point of   AdventNet ServiceDesk [FAILED]  

I then ran the setcommonenv.sh batch file and was able to get the server to start with the restored data but all I get in the browser is a blank page. 

We're running off Ubuntu Server 10.04 LTS on both the existing and new servers.

Anyone have any suggestions?
