Linking Users to Workstations
I was wondering if any body has found a way to attach workstations to a requester when they either e-mail or we create a workorder. I would like to see when I pick a user from the drop down menu in a ticket to fill in the users PC or workstation that they are assigned to. Don't know if this is possible? Thanks for any help.
