Hi All,
I have 2 different instances of servicedesk in the company.
servicedesk 1 is for all departments and servicedesk 2 is for IT only.
I would like to be able to create IT tickets from servicedesk 1 and they are raised in servicedesk 2.
is there a way I can create a service category for IT in servicedesk 1 and when end users create this ticket with this category the ticket appears in servicedesk 2?
