Linking SLA's to IT Services
Hi,
New to these forums, and have had a mighty good trawl through previous posts to see if this one has come up (so apologies if it is answered elsewhere), but I am looking for some information/help on the following:
At present, from doing some initial testing and evaluation of the tool, it appears as if you cannot link SLA's to IT Services. Is there something I have missed here, as this is the whole point of an SLA??
