I am trying to link Opmanager with SDP, and keep getting the error "Unable to fetch values from ServiceDesk Plus, The server might not be running or the network traffic may be too high".  SDP is setup to use AD usernames, and I have followed all the guides as to setting this up.

 

I have Netflow residing on the same server as SDP on a different port and it connect fine.
