Link users directly to O365 login method?

Link users directly to O365 login method?

We use Office365/Azure for our SDP OD login method. When users go go helpdesk.company.com they see the standard SDP login screen, and then they click on the Orange O365 logo in the corner and login that way.

Is there a way to link/redirect directly to the O365 login method?
Can this also be configured to allow for pass-through authentication?
