We would like to request that the search feature between problem and Incident be refined such that a search can be made using a combination of by subject, by group, by date range, by request type, by category, by status, etc. This would allow a user to associate an Incident to a problem by searching for the correct problem rather than scrolling through a list. The same feature should be available to search for an Incident to associate from the Problem screen. This would likely be useful for searching between Problem, change and solution as well.
Please advise if this is a feature which will be made available in an upcoming version.
