Line breaks in the Time Spent Description field

Would it be possible to get the Description field in the Time Spent section to recognise line breaks or return characters. Currently any text added into these fields has all line breaks removed which makes for rather hard reading if there is a lot of text.
It also make it hard to read if there are a lot of time spent entries.

Example:

This is just a bunch of text to demonstrate our problem.

This is just a bunch of text to demonstrate our problem.

This is just a bunch of text to demonstrate our problem.

This is just a bunch of text to demonstrate our problem.

Becomes:

This is just a bunch of text to demonstrate our problem.This is just a bunch of text to demonstrate our problem.This is just a bunch of text to demonstrate our problem.This is just a bunch of text to demonstrate our problem.
