Limitations - Sizing - Existing Installations
Trying to evaluate if the ServiceDesk Plus (enterprise edition) would work without issues and performance implications in a company with:
+ 3000 requesters (AD import)
+ 150 technicians
+ SSO via AD authentication
+ approximately 100 daily requests
Would be nice to hear from existing customers regarding their experience on the use and performance of their installations.
Or from the product supporters ...
