Is there any way to limit what shows up on the dashboard for a technician? For instance, I have created a user that can only Reset Password, Unlock Account, and run Group Membership Reports for their OU only. However, when I login with this tech's account, the dashboard shows more than I want this person to see. Not all of the areas have actual numbers in them, but this tech can click on Number of Groups and even though it shows zero, it will list all groups in the domain.
I would like to limit this particular tech to see only groups in his/her OU, No. of Users in his/her OU, Inactive users in their OU, Locked Out users in their OU, etc.
