When editing request life cycles, making rules that rely on group names could be improved if the field allowed you to select from a list of pre-existing support groups instead of requiring you to input text. I assume that if the group name is ever edited, then Life cycle Rules will break, because the life cycle rule is looking for a name string.

I would like to keep the text field option as well because contains/not contains/etc is useful, but maybe adding an option to check for Group by ID instead of name would be a good idea? Or having the text field change to a drop down or multiselect depending on the logical operator selected would be nice? 

I would also like a group multi select, to check things like 'Group Not In [array of groups]' or 'Group in [array of groups]'
