i have a company with 5 customer Support representatives, a few sales man and a few developers.

since some of the support tickets need to go to a developer for resolution or to a salesman, do i need to buy a license for each developer & salesman although they use the system only a few times a day to update a ticket (as opposed to the customer support representatives who use the system all the time)
