Licensing question
Hi, we are interested in Service Desk Plus Professional on a perpetual license with 10 Technicians. However we are concerned that should we need a few more Technician licenses in future (e.g. 5 more), there does not appear to be a way to do this without buying the 20 Technician version of the product.
So my question is, is it possible tl get additional Technician licenses only on an existing perpetual license.
