Licensing not answering emails

We are an exiting user and wish to purchase additional user licenses. I have emailed licensing at adventnet dot com (your forum will not allow me to post email addresses) requesting pricing, but they are not retuning my emails.
Could someone PLEASE email me with pricing for additional users.
