Licensing for Virtual Interface

I am evaluating NetFlow Analyzer and so far have been impressed. I would like to know how licensing works when using virutal interfaces. I have a Cisco 7200 router with over 400 ATM sub-interfaces. How many licensed interfaces are required in this scenario? Additionally, would this same licensing scenario apply to VLAN interfaces on a Cisco 65xx?
