License question

License question

Hi, 

Our customer is evaluating OpManger,  User is going to purchasing essential license for 100 device, 
But I found the following message:

This copy of add-on is to monitor 5 virtual hosts, the remaining 4 hosts will not be monitored using this add-on. Please contact support@opmanager.com to purchase an upgrade. 

Is this the restrict for evaluation only ? 
If there are total 10 hosts with 60 VMs. How much device license will it spend?
