Having issue with new probe. When logging in, says license NCM device license exceeded by 45 devices.

Says I can delete/unmanage devices but does not show any devices in the list and I am unable to get past this page.

Where is the correct location for the license file in OpManager? What changed between 11.6 and 12.0+

Does the license go in .\OpManagerProbe\classes? .\OpManagerProbe\lib? 

In version 11.6 it looks like there were multiple locations for the AdventNetLicense.xml file.

Furthermore, what is the function of petinfo.dat and product.dat? Are they used anymore in version 12? Where should the location of these files be?

None of my Probes that were upgraded from 11.6 to 12+ complain about license issue, only this new server built from scratch? Why?
