License Errors and HTTP Error 500

We’re an IT company that’s recently onboarded a customer using ServiceDesk Plus, and unfortunately their server running it ran out of disk space. We’ve rectified the disk space issues now, however it seemed to cause license and database issues. It looks like running the initpgsql.bat as was advised from forums and running the run.bat file originally.

 

We now get license errors when executing run.bat, but it does start the server, however when we connect to the webpage we just get an error 500.

 

They’re using the free version of the license as it’s just for accessing historical records, I requested a new free license copy myself last night however I can’t see any way to apply a new license. Run.bat never seems to pop up and prompt for the license as some ME forums state etc.
