License Activation Issue..
Hi,
I was using Opmanager 10, Essential with a license named on our Organization. But the number of device monitored is restricted to 150. We planned to upgrade to latest one such that we can get 500 devices monitored. We prepared a separate server and installed the latest version which is 11.3.
Followed the series of steps and chose 30 days trial and when we applied the license that we had which is expiring on 2016, it is not accepting and the registration details remains as 30 days trial. Kindly help to resolve this issue. Thank you.
