letting all users (or groups of users) read certain requests

Is it possible to configure ServiceDeskPlus so that requests are viewable by more than just the submitting user?

In our case, the QA deparment sends requests to update certain files to the sysadmins via SD (version 6.0.0). The entire department needs to know when this is complete, but as we're currently configured, only the QA engineer who requested the update is notified.

Are we missing something?
