Lengthen Time Out ping time in monitoring
I've asked this question before, and i don't think op manager yet does this, but i was wondering if it might in the near future. The problem is we monitor several WAN links over ISDN, and under heavy traffic replys to pings sometimes take 5000ms or more. I've noticed opmanager will time out after about 1500ms, and mark the device as down, leaving us with several false alerts being sent out. Is there a way to increase the time out opmanager uses to ping devices?
