Left requests panel refresh bug
Since about 2-3 updates ago, when viewing a request, the list of requests on the left hand side is not being refreshed anymore.
I always had the refresh set to the following and both, the main list of requests were refreshed every 3 minutes and the list on the left hand side was refreshed every 3 minutes.
Now, when viewing a request, the list of tickets doesn't get refreshed anymore, i.e., when another technician responds to it or changes its status etc.
this was very useful when it worked so it would be great if there was a fix for it.
