Is there any way to create a template for a leaver that does the following?

• Removes the user from all AD groups
• Moves the account to the disabled user OU
• Hides the email address from the address book
• Disables the account.

I think I can do most of the above other then removing the user from all the groups.

Anyone found a way of doing this even if it means doing it in steps?
