Leave Mail on Server - Service Desk Plus
Does anybody know a way to leave mail on the pop3 server when using the mail fetching service in Service Desk Plus ?
we need our existing helpdesk email account to be checked as it has been in use for over 10 years and we are reluctant to change it for all our users.
would love to know how to do this :>)
