Hi everyone

I'm trying to generate a report that shows me the lead time for calls.

I'm not good at making SQL statements so i'm using the reportwizard to try and generate it.

My main trouble is that i can't generate it to look between the diffrence of record created for a call and close record.

If anyone has any idea's as to how i can generate this report that would be great.
