LDAP - User mail Properties
When users are created, the users mail LDAP attribute is filled in properly but when the exchange account is created during the bulk user import file, the email it is generating is the first initial and then the users last name @ OURdomain.com
Example giveName: john
sn: Doe
mail:
john.doe@domain.com
Exchange picks up
mail:
jdoe@domain.com
Is there a way for the configuration to push the mail LDAP attribute to exchange? Assistance on how to have this fixed would save time for our exchange admins to run powershell to fix these before users see them. Below is the current settings, Please let me know Thanks
When I created a user named Miguel Helpdesk, the email below was created.
