LDAP & Novell eDirectory

Thanks to Kevin from AdventNet for the great webex demo yesterday.
I work in the local government sector in Sydney, Australia.
We are a Novell/Windows 2003/Citrix/Suse Linux/Oracle site with over 400 users and the same number of Windows XP workstations. 55 servers with 10 technicians, we have a requirement for integration with eDirectory/LDAP and Novell's ZenWorks Asset Management software. GroupWise, I believe will work with SD+.
Traditionally local government here in Australia has been quite notorious for being a bit of a closed shop when it comes to trail blazing or stepping "outside of the circle" in terms of IT. We network quite a bit amongst ourselves especially the metropolitan councils. Through this networking comes "recommendations through word of mouth" on a regular basis. I've spoken with your local reps (Bellridge) as well as a number of colleagues who are at the IT Manager level in other Councils. Most of whom have similar users counts and have a requirement for a suitable helpdesk solution as well. Like us - they have a diverse range of IT assets and enviroments such as Novell/Windows/Linux/Oracle SQL Server etc etc.
Having said that, your SD+ product has a lot to offer even though in our case, we wouldn't require all of its features. However, it would certainly increase your customer base by implementing LDAP into this product ASAP as previously requested on these forums over the past 2-3 years. Very few people if any like to wait that long in this game for a feature they consider important for adoption of a particular product.
You have this in place and I guarantee at least 4 Sydney Councils will sign up starting with mine. Don't want to hear about Karthik's "roadmaps" - just when it WILL be done?
