Hi All,

I have a problem with LDAP import after we have upgraded the ServiceDesk Plus to 12.00.

The user import is updating from the LDAP, but certain user fileds, like phone number, Department Name, JobTitle are messed up and not right for users.

I have tried to set the ldap field mapping in the sdldapfieldmapping table, but nothing has changed.

The only thing what I can see in the logfiles is, the following warning.

"SD LDAP Map is null. Processing only default fields in LDAP import"

We use three different ldap, so I tried to duplicate the lines in the sdldapfieldmapping and set the ldapid colum to each ldap, but no result.

Is anybody has an idea what would be the problem?
