LDAP and eDirectory Authentication

Hi All,

Our organisation is considering implementing either the ServiceDesk Plus Professional or ServiceDesk Plus Enterprise ITIL Edition for our service desk management system. We are running Novell eDirectory, so the only factor preventing us from implementing ServiceDesk Plus is the lack of integration with LDAP and eDirectory authentication. Other posts on the forum said that the LDAP and eDirectory feature would be considered after the ServiceDesk Plus ITIL release. Now that this has been released can anyone provide an update on progress regarding the LDAP feature, and provide information on when the feature may be available?
