Latest SD+ not installing
We have exactly the same problem as the other SD+ users.
We have downloaded the trial period. Then proceeded to install the latest version, on running Windows 2003 Server web Edition with SP1 installed. During the ServiceDesk installation process about 90% the blue bar hangs (Application layer) right below the T in Advent .
We've installed this on another machine with Windows XP SP2 running to see if it was something with Windows 2003; however, the same thing happens.
