Latest Patches - Filter - Not Approved

Latest Patches - Filter - Not Approved

I use filters to review latest patches, When I select 'Not Approved' I get Not Approved & Declined. I've even created a new filter to see whats what to no avail. This happened with the most recent update:  11.2.2309.5
