Last Updated value is no longer working for Replies

Last Updated value is no longer working for Replies

G'day All,
I usually sort my requests by the "Last Updated", so that it keeps the most current problems at the top, and I can see that staff have responded etc

However since upgrading to 7011, I have noticed that "Notes" trigger the field, but Replies, no longer do.

Issue has also been reported for SD in Oct09, and 2 others confirmed it.

Please rectify this, and return the feature back to it's original behaviour.
