Last update time is not being updated?

Last update time is not being updated?

Dear colleagues,
in our installation of Servicedesk Plus, the Last update Time is not being updated when I, as technician, respond to a ticket, I do see the Last update time still the same. The only way to get this field updated is to change status of the ticket itself, which is not always what we do and how we work. I expected, that when I respond to the ticket, this Last Update Time is recalculated. How to correctly set this up?

We use ServiceDesk Plus version 9.0 Build 9031.
