Last polled value "No data available"

Last polled value "No data available"

Hi, i'm new using opmanager and i'm trying to monitor a few devices using SNMP. The problem is when i add the last polled value of a performance monitor widget in the dashboard, sometimes it shows the correct value, however most of the times only show "No data available". Am i doing anything wrong?

I would appreciate if someone can help me.
