LAN vs. Roaming Agent Usage
I am not seeing significant differences in how the LAN vs. Roaming Agents operate. I have laptop users that leave the LAN, but still appear to be contacted, scanned and patched. Other than identifying a Remote Office that is associated with an IP range so the client will contact the correct distribution server, is there a difference? I just want to confirm IF I should be using the Roaming Agent and when...
