More often than not, Requester lists only show peoples names. I don't know about where you live but here it's quite common that people have the exact same name and are different people. OR it's the same person but different accounts (Staff + Student).

One of these is my private e-mail user and the other is my staff user, which is which?
Sure I could hoover over them (it's only two) but that takes time. 

But what about now?

Where is the limit?

There is space, why not show e-mail or department or both like the Request module does.

This is not only true for the Change Module, but also for the Problem Module, Business Rules, Field and Form rules etc.
