We are using MDM within Endpoint Central Cloud.

Currently we need to know the connection status of the mobile device, that is: to know if the device is connected or disconnected.

Why is this functionality necessary?

When we try to Remote Desktop to the mobile device, we do not know if the remote assistance will work or not. This causes us to waste time trying to connect to devices that are not connected.

We have mobile devices that completely consume connection data. Visually we do not see which mobile devices have already lost connection either because they are not connected to the WiFi network or because the data plan ended.

Is it possible that ManageEngine MDM has this functionality?

For example, in Endpoint Central Cloud we can see when a computer is connected.
