Are there any detailed instructions for setting up KMP to run with FOS enabled on two AWS EC2 instances? There's no way to assign the same private IP address to two instances, and the failover service requires that the shared/virtual IP be bound to the network interface to run, or else it errors and forces all KMP services to stop.
