I have a profile to set up standard IOS phones for my company in which I use the Kiosk mode to load only the required apps needed for for all users.  I do not use the Home Screen config portion.  I have users who I would like to assign additional apps based on their department and would like to set up additional groups to track who gets which apps.  Adding a device to the additional group allows the apps to load to the device but then the kiosk mode then removes the icon.  Is there a work around or modification that can be done to allow additional apps to load to a device without the Kiosk mode removing the icons?
