Keywords
Hi All,
Can anyone tell me are the keywords associated with solutions case sensitive. i notice in the example it does have one word with a capital letter at the front and the rest of the words all in lower case. I just want to ensure that the solutions are as easy to find as possible and based on experience from users some use capitals and others use all lower case.
